How to Use
Sit firmly before moving your leg
Place the pre-opened foot loop around your foot
Hold the strap or loop near the top of the leg lifter
Lift the leg in the desired direction using the hand loop
Move the strap forward as needed
Pull the leg lifter off the foot once positioned
